For the growing therapist
Clinical Supervision
From “Let me ask my supervisor”
to “I trust my clinical instincts”
When you find yourself as a therapist thinking “I need to consult my supervisor about this”, you want that supervisor to be someone you trust.
As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I believe in amplifying the clinicians voice and taking a strengths-based approach. I believe in being direct and supportive, while also encouraging deeper curiosity around personal and professional growth. I seek to level the power differential as much as possible to create a safe space for clinicians (new and experienced ) to allow themselves to be vulnerable and make mistakes.
I help clinicians learn how to “trust their gut”.
The Supervisor you can trust
