Healing isn’t perfect
& neither am I.
I’m a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, PTSD, perfectionism, and burnout. Based in the Greater Philly area, and virtual across PA & NJ.
I want you to truly hear this:
You’re not living authentically because you’re stuck comparing yourself to others.
You strive for perfection, at the expense of your authenticity.
As a kid I was that theatre girl: the one always striving for perfection, the leading lady, the soloist. Growing up in the performing arts, I learned early how easy it is to measure yourself against others. You become skilled at noticing the smallest differences that might give someone else an edge and adapting yourself to meet those expectations. You strive for perfection at the expense of your authenticity. Your self-worth starts to be built on whether you’re the best - and when you’re not the best, it hurts.
This is the work I care deeply about. I help clients untangle their self-worth from performance and people-pleasing, quiet their inner critic, and find a more compassionate way of relating to themselves.
Together, we’ll create a space for authenticity so you can show up as you are, not who you think you need to be.
Working with me
Together we create space for authenticity - so you can show up as you are, not who you think you need to be.
I believe in taking a collaborative approach to therapy with my clients. In the beginning, we’ll set goals based on the changes you hope to see. From there, we’ll map out the steps to achieve those goals and celebrate the wins along the way!
As a therapist, I connect deeply with overachievers who’ve felt looked-over or used in life. I support my clients in their journey to love themselves as they are rather than how they compare to others. I help my clients find their voice, become more assertive, and set better boundaries in their lives.
You can trust me because I’ve been there.
Therapy with me is…
01 compassionate
You will feel supported, validated, and affirmed in this space. I take a non-judgemental and trauma-informed approach with every client.
02 direct
With the building of our therapeutic relationship comes a direct approach to feedback. At times, I am going to challenge you and offer a different perspective.
03 Authentic
There will be moments we laugh together and moments we feel the pain together. I will always show up as me, I want you to show up as YOU.
04 Tailored
Each client is different and unique. While there may be certain frameworks that work for some clients, it’s important to me to personalize the therapy experience to each new client.
Life outside of work
Life long dancer - Disney & Star Wars nerd - Virgo
Outside of work you can find me hanging out with my family and friends at the beach or around a bonfire. I’m a tattooed boy mom, cat mom, and plant mom. I am very opinionated about the Star Wars franchise (I dare you to challenge me at trivia!)
My preferred form of exercise is dancing, whether it’s dance fitness classes, or a night out on the town.
These are just a few things that light up my life. I can’t wait to find out what invigorates you!
